EHS SLOWPITCH BOOSTER CLUB
PURPOSE & MISSION
The Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club, a 501C3 organization, was founded by parents of the Eastlake Slowpitch program as a community organization. Our mission is to establish, cultivate, and maintain the highest level of relationships with and between the Eastlake Slowpitch program and it various constituencies.
We promote an awareness and appreciation of the Slowpitch program and raise resources to invest and enhance the growth, development, and experience of the players. The funds raised throughout the course of any given year are used to offset the costs of running a competitive slowpitch program. The Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club assists wherever needed to allow the coaching staff more time with our student athletes.
Whether volunteering, raising resources, attending games, or supporting off-season activities, Eastlake Wolf fans are encouraged and welcomed to get involved with Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club. Join today!

RAISING RESOURCES - BECOME A BOOSTER CLUB MEMBER
To create a high quality experience for the team, we ask all team families to join the Booster Club by becoming a member along with making a donation.

Although the LWSD Sports fee primarily funds entry fees, some uniform costs, and some transportation costs, it unfortunately does not fully support our budget. Therefore, we need your financial support through the Booster Club. The funds collected by the Booster Club have covered the cost of gear such as helmets, bat bags, and team shirts. This year, the Booster Club hopes to purchase the team practice t-shirts, visors, socks, and senior recognition. We also partnered with the Fastpitch teams to invest in new slats for the fence on the Varsity Softball field.

Join the Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club by contributing a $53 membership fee.

Donate an additional $50 to the Eastlake Slowpitch Booster Club to help fund the program and reduce the number of fundraisers.

Request Employer Matching for both your Booster Club membership fee and donation.

How to Join the Booster Club and Donate
To join the EHS Slowpitch Booster Club, please contribute $53 for the membership dues or $103 if you wish to also include an extra donation.
- Booster Officers will have the Square app available during games so that you can donate by using your credit or debit card.
- Or, donate by sending a check to practice made payable to "EHS Slowpitch Booster Club." Please give the check to the coach.

How to Request Employer Matching Funds
If your employer matches charitable donations and volunteer hours, please take advantage of their program. We are registered with Starbucks, Boeing, Microsoft, and Costco.

We understand some families are financially not able to contribute. If this is the case for your family, please contact our booster club. Scholarships are available.
